Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags still attached
What We Offer
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Upon approval, you may choose from the following:
- Exchange – Swap for a different size, color, or item
- Store Credit – Receive a credit to use on a future order
- Full Refund – Refunded to your original payment method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom and personalized items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at wcrsupplyco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
